Your new role
As HR Manager, you will lead and inspire our People Services and Business Partnering teams. This is a pivotal role that blends operational excellence with strategic influence, ensuring the organisation's people, processes and culture are best-in-class, compliant, and aligned with our business goals. This will include the following areas:
•Lead - People Services & Business Partnering teams.
•Drive – partnerships with our senior leadership teams.
•Oversee – all employee-related legal compliance.
•Manage - pay, benefits, and reward strategy.
•Advise - employee relations and coach leaders.
•Enhance - HR systems and deliver data insights.
•Ensure - GDPR compliance and data protection.

What you'll need to succeed
•Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a complex, multi-site organisation.
•Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
•Demonstrated success in leading HR teams and driving strategic people initiatives.
•Effective communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
•A passion for people, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
•Experience implementing an HRIS

What you'll get in return
