HR Advisor with an award-winning organisation with hybrid working and family friendly policies!

Your new company

You’ll be joining a well‑established organisation with a strong footprint across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The business is known for its progressive people agenda, commitment to modern HR practice and a genuine focus on employee experience.

Their HR function is well‑resourced, high performing and continually evolving. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that invests in learning, wellbeing and innovation, and you’ll have the autonomy to influence how the people agenda is delivered across the organisation.

Your new role

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to managers across the organisation, providing confident, solution‑focused support on a wide range of people matters. You’ll handle day to day employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring cases are managed fairly and in line with legislation. You’ll also coach managers on absence management and help them build capability in handling people conversations effectively.

Alongside this, you’ll support recruitment activity across several teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll play an active role in onboarding, delivering engaging induction sessions that help new colleagues feel supported and informed from day one.

You’ll contribute to wider people projects designed to improve employee experience and modernise ways of working. This will involve reviewing and updating HR policies across both NI and ROI, working closely with payroll to ensure information is processed accurately, and producing data‑driven insights that feed into monthly and Board reports. This is a fast‑paced, varied role where you’ll have real ownership and the opportunity to influence how people practices evolve.
