HR Manager job for a high profile organisation in Norwich
Your new role
Are you looking to work somewhere with purpose? I am excited to be partnering with a world-class organisation on the outskirts of Norwich as they search for a new HR Manager.
They very much place the customer at the heart of everything they do. You'll be encouraged to establish yourself as a true business partner collaborating with your stakeholders to shape and deliver the HR strategy.
Working with the HR Director, this is a broad HR generalist role with a continuous flow of high-profile people projects. Key areas of responsibility will include organisational development, performance, leadership development, talent management, reward, L&D and engagement. Current key projects include a large regeneration project and a significant systems project amongst other exciting change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be CIPD qualified (MCIPD) and have significant HR management experience working with senior stakeholders. You'll bring strong employment law knowledge and a proven track record in navigating complex cases and leading restructuring programmes. Well-honed project management skills are also a must, as are excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build credible relationships and influence a wide variety of stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
This is predominately an on-site role. They offer a generous benefits package, and you'll have access to some great on-site facilities!
