Exciting HR Manager FTC opportunity – hybrid/2 days in Ipswich

Your new role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of HR operations while also contributing to wider change initiatives. As an experienced HR Manager, you'll lead a broad range of operational and advisory HR activities and also work closely with the Employee Relations Manager. You'll:

  • Lead key HR functions including HR administration, payroll/HRIS, and learning & development
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR and employment law matters
  • Support and guide complex employee relations cases
  • Drive improvements in HR processes, systems, and service delivery
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation
  • Support organisational change, including restructures and transformation activities

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a confident and credible HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or above)
  • Strong generalist HR experience including TUPE, organisational change
  • Experience leading or developing teams
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and working with trade unions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
