Your new company
This multinational corporation based in Central London is recruiting for a Senior HR Admin to join their team on a temporary basis. This corporation is a major multinational company that operates across a number of markets and is a leader in the logistics and energy fields. This role is a full-time role at 37.5 hours/week with WFH flexibility.

Your new role
Working within the HR department, the purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the function, with the duties of the role including:
  • Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, absence management and leavers
  • Support recruitment activities and inductions as required
  • Coordinate meetings, travel and logistics for senior stakeholders
  • Manage invoices and expense claims
  • Support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR function and across core functions and complete employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency across CRM, HR and ERP systems.
  • Highly organised individual with great attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a diverse environment.
