Payroll Officer - Temporary Contract - Salford area - Salary range £30,000

Your new company


This leading organisation is looking to appoint a vibrant and ambitious individual with experience in end-to-end payroll. Based on the outskirts of Manchester city centre, towards Salford, this role is fully office-based.

Your new role

In this position, you will work in a supportive and friendly environment, reporting to the Payroll Manager. You will work collaboratively with the other members of the payroll team to process payroll accurately and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met. In addition to the payroll processing, you will also support any payroll-related queries internally.

This role is a temporary role for 3–6 months with the potential for this position to be made permanent, with payroll being processed on a weekly and monthly basis. This is a role for someone with a strong UK PAYE payroll background and will be available immediately.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this position, you will be excellent at communication both verbally and written. You will be detailed orientated with your payroll duties and ensure strict deadlines are met,
