Your new company
A highly respected and sought-after construction firm in the North West, my client is a well established property developer based in the Deeside area. Due to a planned gap in the team, they are looking for a temporary HR administrator to join them with immediate notice!
Your new role
Working as part of a busy dynamic team, you will cover the administrative requirements for the whole HR operation. This could include, and is not limited to, arranging onboarding documentation, updating and maintaining the HR database, inputting contractor hours for payroll process, processing P45's for leavers, as well as supporting with right to work checks. With no day being the same, you could be supporting with the posting of job adverts one day, processing maternity and paternity requests another or updating company policies another! This is an administrative role that provides core support, so your day will be busy and varied!
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit someone with HR, Recruitment or Vetting administration experience in order for you to hit the ground running! You will be a confident and experienced administrator who is used to working off of different databases daily. Experience with iTrent would be a distinct advantage, however it is not essential as training can be given. You will have stand out attention to detail that will be put to use every day with your contract amendments, database updating or processing starter/leaver paperwork. An excellent communicator, you will be confident in managing enquiries from internal stakeholders and responding verbally or via email in a professional and prompt manner. You will be available with no notice for this immediate need. Whilst this post is initially for a 6-week period, there is potential for it to go beyond, so flexibility would be welcomed.
What you'll get in return
Working with a fantastic employer in the area, you will have full-time working hours Monday - Friday (office based) with access to ample free on-site parking. You will have an hourly rate of £12.50 + holiday pay, which can always be negotiated for stand-out experience! You will have a minimum of 6 weeks work available and the potential for further work.
