This rapidly expanding London ‑ based organisation is recruiting a Temporary HR Administrator to support their growing team. The company is scaling at pace, backed by a strong strategic direction and continued success in its sector.
This position is full ‑ time (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00) and offers a hybrid arrangement of office and home working. Initially a 2 ‑ month contract, there is a strong opportunity for extension as the business continues to grow and operational demands increase.
Your new role
As the HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting day ‑ to ‑ day HR operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new starters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling general HR administration tasks
- Data entry and updating HR systems accurately
- Scheduling onboarding sessions and coordinating induction activities
- Providing pre ‑ employment support, including reference checks and right ‑ to ‑ work documentation
- Maintaining organised HR records and ensuring confidentiality standards are always met
- Supporting the wider HR team on ad ‑ hoc administrative tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring strong administrative capability and the ability to work with accuracy in a fast ‑ paced environment. You should have:
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar support role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, and HR systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
- A proactive, team ‑ focused approach
