Your new role

Working as a temporary HR administrator, you will be assisting the wider HR team in their day-to-day activities. This is a temporary role to start immediately. The role is for 3–4 weeks initially, with a possible extension. The role will be varied, duties will include; monitoring HR inbox, writing and sending out offer letters, organising interviews for candidates, general recruitment administration including processing of employment & onboarding checks, as well as ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

Administrator or HR administration experience is essential. You'll have a can-do attitude. The role is an office-based role in the Barry area, so you'll be comfortable commuting to the Barry area on a daily basis. You'll be a team player, be organised and be comfortable working in a wider team. Please note - a DBS check will need to be processed as part of the onboarding.

What you'll get in return

This is a temporary role to start ASAP. The anticipated duration is 4 weeks initially. The hourly rate for the role is £15.73 per hour. Monday to Friday, office-based. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy HR department for a prestigious organisation.
