HR ADMINISTRATOR JOB IN CORBY, NORTHAMPTON

We’re currently recruiting an experienced HR Administrator to join a friendly and supportive HR team of four, supporting a workforce of approximately 300 employees.
Role overview:
As HR Administrator, you’ll provide day-to-day HR support, working closely with the HR Manager and the wider team.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include:- Managing the HR inbox and employee queries
- Generating HR letters and documentation
- Supporting Return to Work (RTW) processes
- Handling flexible working requests
- Posting job adverts
- Assisting with hourly-paid payroll processing, including collating data and liaising with the payroll department
- Providing general HR administrative support
What you'll need to succeed
What we’re looking for:- Recent HR administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
- Well-organised with good communication skills
- A proactive and approachable team player
What you'll get in return
