I am delighted to be supporting a manufacturing organisation located near South Shields, on the recruitment of an HR Administrator to support the HR Manager.Your new role
In your new role, you will be the first point of contact to deliver and support all employees on HR issues while working closely with the HR Manager.
Other responsibilities include:
Coordinating all onboarding, contracts of employment, offering letters and right to work checks
Supporting the recruitment and selection process
Note-taking in ER meetings
Managing absence management cases
Providing advice and guidance to line managers on HR related issues
Data entry for payroll
Supporting on payroll; ensuring information is accurate to perform data entry tasks for weekly payroll
Ensuring all HR databases are kept up to date
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have experience with the following;
- Experience working within an HR environment previously
- Understanding of HR best practices and Employment Law
- Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office packages
