Your new role
As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in delivering flexible care and support to customers in Sevenoaks. This role is ideal for someone seeking adaptable working hours while still making a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care, medication, and meal preparation
- Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Responding to emergency cover and short-notice shifts
You’ll work across a variety of care packages, adapting to different customer needs and preferences, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
