Salary: £24,962 annually (Base salary £23,962 + £1,000 for unsociable hours).
Hours: 8-hour shifts, with flexible patterns between 08:00 and 22:00.
Location: Bristol

Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with HDC/Bail conditions
  • Create and implement individualised Support Plans
  • Conduct weekly support sessions
  • Help residents apply for Housing Benefit
  • Ensure properties meet Decent Homes Standard
  • Coordinate with partner agencies like Probation and Prison Services, Courts, and Police
