Key responsibilities:

• Manage a patch of general‑needs properties, delivering high‑quality tenancy and estate management services.
• Carry out estate inspections, tenancy audits, and property visits to maintain safe, well‑kept neighbourhoods
• Provide practical advice and support to tenants regarding tenancy sustainment, welfare issues, rent concerns, and anti‑social behaviour.
• Triage and manage your own caseload of low to medium‑level ASB and tenancy breaches, working closely with Enforcement Officers for a cohesive approach.
• Enforce tenancy conditions where appropriate, including preparing and serving notices.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for tenants and the wider community.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Housing Officer or Neighbourhood Officer in social housing, delivering tenancy and estate management services.
• Strong working knowledge of social housing legislation, ASB processes, and tenancy management best practice.
• Proven experience managing ASB casework.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with tenants and colleagues.
• A flexible, adaptable approach and the confidence to manage a varied caseload independently.
