Temporary Casework Coordinator [CRIMINAL JUSTICE] [PART-TIME] - Weston Super Mare

Position Details: Part-time:
30 hours per week
Temporary: 4 to 6 weeks with the possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Valid driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business insurance

Responsibilities: Build positive and effective working relationships with external agencies, including criminal justice services. Provide clients with a high-quality, person-centred service. Complete needs/risk assessments for clients, leading to the delivery of support plans that meet individual needs and reduce reoffending. Managing the planned and positive move-on of clients through the service

Requirements: Understanding of the causes of offending, homelessness, and social exclusion, and approaches to address these issues
Ability to undertake needs assessments and planning for people with complex social needs
