Elderly Support Worker Temporary
Elderly Support Worker/ Care Assistant;
I am currently recruiting for temporary part and full-time support workers to work in elderly residential care homes. Ideal candidates will possess an NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care. However, it is not essential for this role. Applicants should possess previous experience within the care sector, particularly working with elderly service users. Further on the job, support and training will be offered to all support workers, including induction, mandatory training, restraint reduction training and further career development. You must be flexible with working hours and shift types, including sleep-ins, weekends and bank holidays. What you'll need to succeed -Experience working with elderly service users with dementia, end of life, complex needs
-Experience administrating medication
-Positive, passionate, dedicated and willing
-Excellent communications and the ability to build positive relationships with service users
-Empathetic and understanding -Highly motivated, adaptable and able to work under their own initiative
