Duration: 7 months Minimum

Your new company
We are looking for A HSE Advisor on a contract basis to join our Building team based in Reading, to provide functional Health & Safety advice, guidance. The role will also involve supporting AWE Burfield and requires SC Clearance.
Your new role
- Preventing injury to personnel and damage to plant and equipment.
- Improvement in existing working methods.
- Legal requirements affecting health, safety and welfare and the adequacy of facilities provided.
- Provision and use of protective clothing and equipment.
- Suitability from a safety viewpoint of plant, equipment, materials and services, and the validity of all appropriate test certificates, and whether they comply with all statutory requirements.
- Potential hazards arising from contracts and on the site safety organisation, arrangements and fire precautions required.
- Methods of safe working.
- Changes in legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
NEBOSH General or Construction
Member of IOSH
Good knowledge of H & S Legislation
Previous experience in a construction health and safety position
SC Clearnce
British Passport holder
