Hays are delighted to working exclusively with a well-known company based in County Antrim to recruit for a credit controller for a 12 month contract. This individual has a high chance of permanency by the end of it. This company is award winning and comes with an excellent benefits package.

•Contact late paying customers by telephone, letter, and email to recover outstanding gas payments

•Highlight bad debt to the Credit Control Lead to be escalated for further action

•Negotiate and confirm payment plans with customers and follow up on incoming payments

•Liaise with the Sales and Account Management teams to obtain their full support in the proactive management of bad debts

•Process refunds when appropriate.

•Process domestic credit checks

•Any other duties as directed by the Credit Control Lead/Manager

Customer services experience or Credit Control experience or Finance experience
