We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join an active construction site in SO16. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, ongoing work with a competitive hourly rate.
Your new role
- Location: SO16
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Ongoing
- Rate: £23 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella (no CIS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general snagging and finishing works
- Basic carpentry (adjustments, small installations, repairs)
- Minor maintenance and repair tasks across site
- Supporting site trades when required
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with site regulations
Requirements:
- Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar on-site role
- Good all-round practical skills
- Own tools preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
