Your new role

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, painting, basic electrical work)
• Escort subcontractors around the site
• Respond quickly to repair requests and troubleshoot issues
• Perform routine inspections to prevent problems before they happen
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Ensure all work meets health and safety standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in general maintenance and repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and time-management skills
• CSCS card (desirable)
• A valid driving licence
