Maintenance Handyman

Hays Recruitment is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handyman to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
Your new role
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Install appliances and equipment as needed.
- Identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of electrics and plumbing
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
