- Location: On-site at MOD RAF Brize Norton, Carterton OX18 3LX
- Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £14.54 (PAYE) OR £18.87 per hour (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).
- Contract Length: up to 12 Dec 2025
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage the Refresh Clinic for device migration.
- Move devices from storage to clinic as instructed by Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
- Log into systems using provided devices under supervision.
- Collect old devices and hand over new ones to users per migration schedule.
- Update workflow management system accurately at each step.
- Report issues promptly to Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Post Migration Support Engineer.
- Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings.
- Package and label returned devices for disposal or refurbishment.
- Secure all devices and equipment in storage at the end of each day.
Key Requirements
- Experience in IT hardware handling and refresh processes.
- Ability to follow structured migration schedules and instructions.
- Familiarity with workflow management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and issue reporting capabilities.
