Hays are working exclusively with a fast-growing specialist provider of housing. They have 100 properties across East Sussex and are growing rapidly. As such, they are looking to expand their maintenance team by recruiting an additional handyperson. You will be responsible for providing maintenance support, so you will need to be able to demonstrate experience within a similar role.

General Duties will include basic carpentry repairs, installing handrails, painting, external maintenance such as gardening.
