Management Accountant job for a leading Outsourcing team in Norwich
A well-established firm of chartered accountants and business advisors is seeking a Management Accountant to join their Outsourcing Team. You will manage a varied portfolio of Limited Companies and Partnerships, acting as the Financial Controller.
The Outsourcing Team is friendly, collaborative, and committed to delivering the highest service standards. The team leverages the best cloud technology to streamline processes and focus on proactive client meetings, adding value to their businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and annotate management accounts, cashflow forecasts, and assist with budgets.
- Perform full balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss reviews.
- Maintain strong client relationships, explaining financial results and supporting growth initiatives.
- Provide client support, proactively addressing concerns and opportunities.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and keep them updated on service progress.
- Manage small projects and coordinate resource requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in a practice or industry environment.
- Ideally ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or similar).
- Excellent knowledge of accounting issues affecting small to medium-sized owner-managed businesses.
- Proficiency with cloud accounting products (Xero, Dext, Fathom).
