A newly formed role, reporting to the Group Finance Manager but also with a close relationship to the Group Financial Controller.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and development of the monthly consolidation and management reporting processes.
- Preparation of annual statutory compliance processes at consolidated and subsidiary level, including providing a key point of contact for the Group’s auditors and tax advisers.
- Management of the technical accounting framework of the Group, developing an IFRS Group Accounting Manual and appropriate monitoring procedures to ensure its consistent application across the Group.
- Management and development of a Group financial and tax risk assessment and control framework.
- Support the ongoing development of the Group’s new NetSuite system, taking responsibility for the appropriate systemisation and automation of key Group processes and controls, with a particular focus on the Group consolidation.
- Ensuring robust processes are in place to ensure timely, effective compliance with all covenant and reporting requirements associated with the Group’s financing.
- Supporting the Group Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller as required in other areas, including corporate treasury and other project work.
