Corporate Tax Director
A leading professional services company is currently seeking a corporate Tax Director to join their expanding tax advisory team. This is a great opportunity to be in a high-impact leadership position and support the growth of the team. The position:
- Offer technical advice to the tax compliance team and offer any guidance on complex corporate tax issues
- Take the lead on a variety of tax advisory projects including restructuring, M&A, international tax planning and innovation reliefs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering proactive advice and tailored solutions
- Contribute to the growth of the firm through business development, networking, proposal development and identifying new opportunities in the market
- Mentor and support the junior members of the team
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes
The candidate:
- CTA qualified
- Extensive experience in corporate tax with a strong mix of compliance and advisory
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects and mentor juniors
- Strategic thinking with a proven track record of winning business for the firm
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with colleagues and clients at all levels
- A commitment to delivering and developing high-quality and long-term client relationships
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
