Your new role
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of groundworks operations on site — including earthworks, drainage, foundations, concrete works, and external finishes. You’ll manage site teams and subcontractors, ensure health & safety compliance, monitor progress against programme, and liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing groundworks or civils projects
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certification
- Strong understanding of temporary works, RAMS, and site logistics
- Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver to programme
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
