We are seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our team on a long‑term drainage scheme at an industrial site in Doncaster. The successful candidate will support the installation of new drainage systems as part of a major factory development project. This is a stable opportunity offering 1 to 2 years of continuous work for the right individual.

Your new role

• Carry out all aspects of groundworks related to drainage installation
• Excavation, trenching, pipe laying and reinstatement
• Operating dumpers safely and efficiently
• Use of abrasive wheels in line with safety regulations
• Supporting machinery operators and trades on site
• General labouring, site preparation and maintaining tidy work areas
• Adhering to all site Health & Safety standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid Dumper Licence (CPCS or NPORS)
• Abrasive Wheels Certification
• Proven experience in drainage and groundworks
• Ability to work safely in a busy construction environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Experience on large‑scale commercial or industrial projects
• Confined spaces or other relevant tickets
