Your new company

A family-run construction company based just outside of York in YO17 is looking for experienced groundworkers to support with the initial build stages of a large industrial unit.

Your new role

Job duties will include but not be limited to

• Site preparation including drainage, kerbing, concreting, and paving
• Trenching, ducting, and reinstatement works
• Operating small plant and machinery (e.g. dumper, roller, 360 excavators)
• Concreting
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience in various different elements of construction groundwork, including the ones listed above. If you are more adept at kerbing / block paving, they have those roles available too. You will be able to provide two valid recent references for the work you have done recently.
