Groundworker - Utilities background - Derry City - up to 3 years work

About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our team on a busy new build housing site. The role involves general groundworks, utility installation, and operating plant machinery (FT Dumper).

Duties
  • Drainage, foundations, kerbs, concreting
  • Installing and connecting utilities (water, gas, electric)
  • Banking the machine operator whilst digging
  • Operating plant machinery (Dumper)
  • Working safely and following site instructions
Requirements
  • Previous groundworks experience on residential sites
  • Utility experience essential
  • CPCS/NPORS for plant operation
  • CSR card required
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team
