Grounds Maintenance - Social Housing - Van & Fuel Card Provided

Long term temp contract until April 2025

Location: Teddington, Kingston, Richmond

Start Date: ASAP

Day to Day Duties:
• Routine Maintenance: Includes grass cutting, hedge trimming, garden clearance, and general upkeep of communal areas.
• General Repairs: Paving, slab laying on footpaths, fencing.
• Customer Interaction and Safety: Addressing resident enquiries, ensuring safety, and maintaining tools and equipment.

(Skills & Qualifications)
Experience in social housing (preferred)
UK driving licence (essential)
Own Tools (preferred)

Pay & Benefits

£18 - £23 Per hour
