We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy and supportive team maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a positive, hands‑on attitude.

Your new role

• Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and shrub pruning
• Litter picking and maintaining clean, tidy communal areas
• Planting, weeding, and seasonal grounds care
• Basic grounds repairs and upkeep
• Safe use and daily checks of grounds maintenance machinery
• Working independently or as part of a team to meet daily targets

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous grounds or outdoor labouring experience
• Ability to operate grounds equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
• Good awareness of health & safety and safe working practices
• Reliable, punctual, and happy working outdoors in all weather
• Driving licence preferred
