Housing Officer Glasgow Based Housing Association Temporary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join a well-established housing organisation based in Glasgow's Southside on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional who can hit the ground running and deliver a high-quality service to tenants and residents.
Your new role
- Managing a designated housing management patch
- Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections
- Managing tenancy sustainment and support activities
- Investigating anti-social behaviour complaints and taking appropriate action
- Managing rent arrears and income recovery cases
- Responding to tenancy-related enquiries and housing management issues
- Liaising with internal teams and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for tenants
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working in a Housing Officer or Housing Management role
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management, ASB and arrears recovery
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
