We're looking for a Facilities Operative who will support the smooth operation of an aviation maintenance facility while delivering high standards of facilities services across the site.

Role Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth operation of the aviation maintenance facility as part of a small but diligent team
• Carry out cleaning duties across industrial hangar and workshop areas, offices, toilets and welfare facilities
• Assist with waste management, porterage and the management of material deliveries
• Complete FOD checks of the external hangar apron and replenish consumable supplies for the client
• Support hard services technicians with additional labour requirements and undertake limited grounds maintenance, including winter gritting and surface treatment

Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below-defined requirements for the role.
• A flexible and diligent team player who can adapt to changing operational circumstances
• Strong customer care and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment
• Must hold either a current Passport or Photo Driving Licence
• Willingness to work weekends, Bank Holidays and varying shift patterns as required
