Are you passionate about working outdoors and making a visible difference in local communities? We’re looking for a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team, helping to maintain and enhance green spaces across our social housing estates in Runcorn and Widnes.

Your new role

• Carry out grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and litter picking.
• Operate and maintain a range of horticultural machinery and tools.
• Ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and well-presented for residents.
• Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the wider estates and housing teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar outdoor role.
• Ability to use grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• A proactive, reliable, and hardworking attitude.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
• Commitment to health and safety and delivering excellent service to residents.
