General Supply Teachers needed for Primary schools in the Harrogate and Boston Spa area
General Supply (Nursery – Year 6)
Location: Boston Spa, Harrogate & surrounding areas
Pay: £138–£232 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are currently seeking Primary Teachers to provide general supply cover across a range of welcoming primary schools in the Boston Spa and Harrogate area.
These roles are ideal for teachers looking for flexible, ad hoc work — covering odd days as and when they’re available — as well as those interested in building up regular work as part of a growing long‑term supply bank. With more schools coming on board in this area, there are increasing opportunities for consistent bookings.
You may be covering classes from Nursery through to Year 6, delivering pre‑planned lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working in primary schools (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
- Confident classroom management skills
- Adaptable, reliable, and happy to work across different year groups
- Available for ad hoc / flexible supply work
- Passionate about supporting pupils’ learning, even in short‑term roles
