Freelance Gateman / Banksman Job I New Build Housing I Whalley - Clitheroe, Start 29/04
Your new company
You will be working on a well‑established residential construction site in the Whalley / Clitheroe area, supporting day‑to‑day site operations on a short‑term freelance basis.
Your new role
As a Gateman / Banksman, you will be responsible for managing access to site, controlling vehicle movements, and ensuring a safe flow of deliveries and pedestrians. The role is gate‑based with some occasional light labouring duties as required by the site team.
What you'll need to succeed
A valid Gateman/Banksman card (CPCS or NPORS, subject to site approval)
CPCS A73 – Plant and Vehicle Marshaller or,
NPORS Plant and Vehicle Banksman / Gateman - N403 AND A VALID CSCS

Previous experience working on construction sites
Good communication skills and awareness of site safety
A reliable and punctual approach to work
