Gateman needed in Fordingbridge
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team in Verwood. This role is crucial to ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and personnel on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and managing site traffic to ensure safe access and movement
- Communicating clearly with drivers and site personnel
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinating with site managers to maintain an orderly flow of vehicles
- Monitoring access points and keeping the site secure
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CSCS card
- Must wear 3-point PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, and safety boots)
- Own transport required to travel to and from the site
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to safety protocols
Pay & Hours:
- £16 per hour
- 9-hour shifts per day
