We are currently hiring a Gateman for a new build project in Weymouth, United Kingdom. As a Gateman, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the construction site.

Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card and traffic marshal certification
- 3-point Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
- Attention to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Responsibilities:
- Controlling access to the site and checking credentials of personnel and vehicles
- Directing traffic and managing vehicle movement within the site
- Monitoring site security and reporting any incidents
- Assisting with site safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
