⭐ The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Gas Engineer to carry out essential maintenance, repairs, servicing, and safety checks across social housing properties in Sheffield.
Your work will directly support tenants and help maintain safe, compliant homes.
Key Duties
- Gas servicing, repairs, and breakdown work
- Boiler installations and upgrades (experience beneficial)
- CP12s / Landlord Safety Checks
- Diagnosing and fixing heating issues
- Ensuring all works adhere to gas safety regulations
- Providing excellent service to tenants
What You’ll Need
- ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)
- Experience within domestic or social housing settings
- Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
- Great communication and customer service
- Full UK Driving Licence
What You’ll Get
