I am recruiting on behalf of a prestigious public sector organisation in Bangor, North Wales, for a Reception Administrator on a temporary 3-month basis. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable experience in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointments and meetings, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records and databases.
