Your new role

• Delivering FP&A processes including month-end reviews, reforecasts, and annual budgeting.
• Providing performance clarity and actionable insights through KPI analysis and regular reporting.
• Partnering with leadership teams to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Driving improvements in data and reporting automation.
• Supporting financial integration of acquisitions and new products.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong FP&A and business partnering experience (insurance or financial services advantageous).
• Ability to interpret P&L and underlying drivers, simplifying complexity for stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Anaplan desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
