Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding 1:1 role in a supportive school environment? We are recruiting for a full-time Special Educational Needs TA to work with a Year 10 pupil who has a combination of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD, ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder) and visual impairment.

- Work closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals to deliver a consistent and nurturing approach.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, ODD, and sensory impairments.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies, trauma-informed practice, and de-escalation techniques.
- Calm, patient, and resilient with excellent communication skills.
- Able to build trust and rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.
Benefits:
- Competitive daily rate.
- Supportive school environment with ongoing professional development.
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a young person’s life.
