We’re recruiting for a reliable and experienced forklift driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Kettering. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours and a solid team environment.
Role Details:
- Operating counterbalance or reach forklifts (depending on site needs)
- Loading/unloading deliveries and moving stock within the warehouse
- Supporting warehouse operatives and supervisors with general logistics
- Ensuring safe handling and storage of goods
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
✅ Requirements:
- Valid forklift licence (RTITB or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to commit to a full year of work
