National Account Executive, FMCG, Home-Based, £45,000 + 33% Bonus + Car Allowance, Immediate Start!
*100% Home-based contract - meeting with client once a month / regular video interaction with team (option to work from various locations if preferred!)*
Our client, a global Wine Company whom have recently undertaken a huge acquisition to fully establish themselves as the major player in the market, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, ambitious National Account Executive to join their Off-Trade division. Focusing on supporting a huge Grocery account alongside a Senior National Account Manager/Controller, this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client are incredibly well-established in their field, and boast a portfolio with huge household-name brands. They manage the entire supply chain from grape to glass, and produce wine across Europe, Australia and the USA. Due to their recent merger/sustained success, they are now seeking the perfect candidate to support on one of their largest Grocery/Supermarket accounts. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) with all account-related queries
- Conducting regular business reviews with key Supermarket client
- Identifying potential new areas in which to upsell/cross-sell company products
- Assisting with joint business plans
- Owning a % of the account P&L, ensuring all margin/sales targets are achieved
-Supporting the execution of sales strategies and promotional plans
- Analysing performance data to identify growth opportunities
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of working in a National Account Executive/Junior NAM capacity within FMCG
- Experience of liaising with/owning a relationship with/supporting a senior member of staff's relationship with a large UK Grocer/Supermarket
- Strong analytical skillset
- Experience of working to/exceeding sales/growth targets
- Exposure to owning/overseeing P&L
- Clean UK driving licence
- Fun, sociable personality
In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £45,000, our client are also offering the following:
- 33% bonus (50% of which is paid quarterly / 50% paid annually)
- £5,500 car allowance
- Home-based contract
- Incredible progression opportunities
