We are currently seeking a dedicated Teacher of Design Technology with a specialism in Resistant Materials to join their dynamic department. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a thriving school community and inspire students across Key Stage 3, with the potential to teach up to Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
Your new role
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Resistant Materials
- Teach across KS3, with the possibility of KS4 and KS5
- Support students in developing practical skills and theoretical understanding
- Contribute to the wider DT department and school ethos
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Specialism in Resistant Materials
Experience teaching DT at KS3 (KS4/KS5 desirable)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to student success
