A diverse and community‑driven secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a committed and adaptable Teacher of Health & Social Care to join their Humanities & Vocational faculty for an immediate start. This role also includes teaching Citizenship and Sociology, making it ideal for a practitioner with a broad and flexible skill set.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging Health & Social Care lessons at KS4 (and KS5 if required)
- Teach Citizenship and Sociology confidently across relevant year groups
- Quickly adapt to the school environment and build positive relationships
- Provide consistently strong behaviour management and structured lessons
- Maintain high expectations for progress, effort and achievement
- Contribute to curriculum development within a supportive team
Ideal Candidate
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and confident ECTs who can start immediately. You will bring:
- Strong subject knowledge across Health & Social Care
