Your new role
As Group Financial Controller you will:- Oversee statutory financial reporting, tax filings, and regulatory submissions
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes using technology and best practices
- Ensure compliance with IFRS
- Play a key role in IPO readiness, focusing on reporting and financial controls.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including AP, AR, payroll, and tax
- Optimise financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial governance
What you'll need to succeed
- Chartered Accountant (ACA / ICAEW / ICAS / CAANZ) with ideally 8 years post-qualified experience
- In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP & IFRS.
- Experience working in a Listed business
- Ability to manage financial functions, drive process improvements, and implement effective financial controls.
- Experience working closely with C-Suite and engaging senior stakeholders
