Credit Controller - French Speaking
Are you an enthusiastic individual? Do you speak French fluently and have a passion for finance? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic credit control team supporting our Paris office.
About the Role: As a Credit Controller, you will play a pivotal role in maximising client turnover and minimising bad debts. You will be responsible for managing high-value, high-volume invoice clients, ensuring efficient and professional credit control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support credit control activities for the Paris office.
- Communicate fluently in French, both spoken and written.
- Work with high-value clients to ensure timely payments and minimise bad debts.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Identify risks and escalate issues as necessary.
- Performing general administrative tasks related to credit control.
Skills and Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in a credit control, preferably within a law firm or fast-paced industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
