You will be joining a leading FMCG business that is growing their operations and expanding into new markets. They wish to appoint an experienced Finance Manager that will work alongside the senior leadership team to drive continuous improvement and business growth.

Your new role

Finance Manager

• Salary up to €70,000
• Company Pension
• Healthcare
• Office-based (40 hours)

As the Finance Manager you will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making. Your responsibilities will include producing timely financial management information, overseeing the annual budget and forecast process, maintaining the integrity of accounting systems, and conducting financial oversight of expenditures.

What you'll need to succeed

ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
Experience leading a team and driving process improvements.
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel.
Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment highly preferred.
