Our client is working exclusively with Hays to deliver a Financial Controller to a growing business in County Antrim.
One of the leading suppliers in their industry, our client has seen steady growth over a number of years.
Your new role
As the Financial Controller, you will have responsibility for the full accounting and administration departments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
To be responsible for all financial matters of the Company
Preparation & Presentation of Monthly Project Financial Performance
Working closely with operational managers and the Senior Management Team to forecast and update financial performance across the WIP.
Controlling the payments going out of the business
Deliver the full management accounts
Manage the cash flow
Delivering and management of budgets and preparing the forecasts across the business
Reviewing policies, processes and procedures to drive efficiencies,
Controlling all statutory government returns i.e. Vat, RCT & CIS
Performs similar job-related duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a driven and capable finance professional who has experience managing a busy finance department in a growing business. You will ideally be a qualified accountant with experience in the Engineering / Construction / Manufacturing industries. You will be able to lead a small finance team and engage at Senior Management Level.
