Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the financial operations of the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will:
- Deliver strategic financial guidance and robust board packs.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow modelling.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Implement efficient systems and processes for accurate reporting.
- This is a senior role requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate at board level.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or qualified by experience with 10+ years relevant experience).
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally within construction finance
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office.
