Part-Time Finance Officer

Your new role

This is a hybrid part-time role, circa 25 hours per week, based near Teddington.

The duties are as follows:

  • Process Invoices and Credit Notes on Multi-Currency Purchase (Accounts Payable) Ledger, including resolving queries and supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Process Payments on Multi-Currency Purchase (Accounts Payable) Ledger.
  • Raise Suppler & Staff Expenses payments from a Multi-Currency ERP system linked to bank accounts.
  • Raise manual payments and allocate to the purchase ledger.
  • Process all cash receipts on Multi Currency Sales (Accounts Receivable) Ledger.
  • Bank reconciliations on a Daily Basis
  • Assist in Month-end Processing (including monthly accrual journals), Analysis and Year-end / other Audits

What you'll need to succeed

  • Having used Excel (VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables) and computerised Accounting systems

  • Working on Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable or Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable.

  • An attention to detail and a logical approach to tasks

  • Ability to deal with people at different levels and in different areas of the Company
